All projects are meticulously planned and scheduled on Gantt charts using the CPM scheduling method.
This allows the Field Superintendents and Project Managers to easily track project progress, to head off potential conflicts and delays, and to seek opportunities to accelerate the project completion. Tracking schedules are updated on a regular basis and distributed to the members of the Construction team. Mega Builders Corp takes its construction schedules seriously and this attitude is shared with the Vendors and Subcontractors on the job.
